The main residence is equipped with a contemporary kitchen, a living area complete with an advanced audio-visual setup, including a 3D HD television and surround sound system, a dedicated office space, and an additional cozy living area. Surrounding the villa, terraces envelop the structure and the private swimming pool, offering ample space for dining al fresco, unwinding, and soaking up the sun. For families, the pool’s secure fencing and the villa’s comprehensive security camera system ensure a safe environment. Both the main and pool houses are fitted with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and each bedroom is furnished with an HD television featuring streaming capabilities.

The villa’s host has meticulously considered every aspect to ensure guests have a luxurious experience. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a welcome basket filled with food and wine. The provision of drinking water, bed linens, and towels for the bathroom, pool, and beach adds to the comfort. Housekeeping services are provided for two hours, five times a week, with the option to request additional services through the local villa manager.
