Villa Elea

Villa Elea is a study in how well the old and the new can sit together. Built in traditional dry-stone walls and finished in off-white stone, it brings the solidity of Occitan architecture into easy conversation with the light, airy spirit of Tropezien style. The result is a house that feels rooted in the region yet entirely contemporary in the way it lives.

Completed in 2017 and arranged over a single storey, the villa offers six hundred square metres of living space within grounds that stretch to more than three thousand square metres. That generosity of land is its quiet luxury, giving the house room to breathe and the garden space to unfold in privacy. Seven bedrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests, making it a natural choice for two families or a larger group travelling together.

The single-level layout keeps everything connected and effortless, the interiors flowing out toward the terraces and the pool without a step to break the rhythm. A cinema room takes care of the quieter evenings, a sauna offers somewhere to unwind, and a household team keeps the days running smoothly in the background.

Position is the final draw. The Place des Lices and the sands of Les Salins are both a short walk away, around eight hundred metres, so the heart of Saint-Tropez and the beach are within reach on foot.
