Villa Adeline

Villa Adeline sits in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, centrally placed within the Beauvallon estate and well suited to a holiday that mixes quiet days at home with easy exploration of the coast. The rental takes in the whole of the 150 square metre villa and its grounds of some 2000 square metres, complete with a swimming pool of its own.

What sets the house apart is the estate around it. Guests have private access to the beach of Gros Pin and to two further swimming pools within the grounds. On arrival you are given two sets of keys and a remote for the estate gate, small practicalities that make the stay feel settled from the first day.

From May to September the beach comes into its own. Four deckchairs are set aside for guests, a beachside restaurant and bar handles lunch when no one feels like cooking, and a pontoon invites a slow walk out over the water. The estate also holds children’s play areas, a volleyball court and ping-pong tables, so younger guests rarely run short of something to do.

Three bedrooms welcome up to eight guests, a comfortable fit for a family. Villa Adeline is self-catered and private, though the beach restaurant is close enough to blur the line. It suits those who want a base near the water with room for the whole family to spread out. The hardest part may be choosing which pool to start the morning by. With the estate handling so much of the day, the villa itself stays a calm base to return to. It is an easy choice for a family that wants plenty within reach.
