Villa Victoire spreads across 390 square metres on a quiet stretch of the coast, with room for ten guests to settle in without ever feeling on top of one another. A main house and two annexes share the grounds, along with a garage, so families and friends can come together and slip away in equal measure.

Five bedrooms open the day gently, each with a king-sized bed, its own bathroom and high-speed fibre for the moments when the outside world calls. The real pull lies beyond the walls. Panoramic views reach out over the sea, and the garden gathers around a private heated pool finished with an overflow edge that seems to meet the horizon. A pool house sits close by, a rooftop jacuzzi catches the last of the light, and broad sun decks invite long, unhurried afternoons. A dovecote looks out to the water, and an outdoor barbecue is ready whenever the evening turns to dinner outside.

Mornings tend to begin slowly here, coffee on the terrace as the light moves across the water. By day the pool and its decks become the natural gathering point, and as the evening cools the long table under the open sky draws everyone back together again.

Behind the scenes, a dedicated Villa Manager, round-the-clock security and daily housekeeping keep everything running quietly. Concierge service shapes each stay to the people in it, with laundry, breakfast and extra care available on request. The park and gardens are tended by an on-site technician, and BVLGARI products wait in every bathroom.

For a day on the water, a Fjord 53XL can be arranged. However you choose to fill the days, the hardest decision may be whether to leave the pool at all.
