A morning at Villa Olea begins quietly, in a house wrapped in greenery in the Pierredon neighbourhood and only minutes from the calm sands of Salins Beach. The 400 square metre villa balances contemporary lines with the ease of Provence, and it is built for a group that wants both togetherness and privacy.

On the ground floor, the entrance opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a back kitchen and adjoining cold room, ready for a private chef or a long lunch prepared at your own pace. A luminous living room extends straight to the terraces, blurring the line between inside and out. Two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms sit within the villa, while four further independent bedrooms, each with its own shower room, gather around a central patio.

The entire first floor belongs to the master suite, with its generous bathroom, dressing room and a private terrace that looks out to the sea. Beyond the bedrooms, the villa gives you a sauna, a fully equipped gym, several sun-filled terraces, parking for four cars and a heated pool for the slow hours of the afternoon.
